#Checkin welcomes you to Sunday May 31
Despite Covid-19, this corner of the internets, diaspora* style
, sticks with tradition: Here’s where you can continue a topic from yesterday, send a wave, give a brief update or take part in the daily thread (or pick one of the older if you're so inclined). Same procedure, checkin! Welcome! Take it as a early morning / afternoon / or late night opportunity, whatever your timezone brings with it. You’re welcome to say hi anytime, or just wave or have a cup while you run / swim / fly by, #newhere

Is assuming it works everywhere a very Western fallacy? You've been places. So name or link examples of good comedy please and make us laugh, or find bad sketches that just fail to work. We'll help you find out which is true subjectively, and laugh along. Discussion optional.
Any other topic is fine really. What's on your mind, maybe talk macaroon day. Bring your pet, or the weather. We'll be here.
