I'd meant to add a note that "confirmed case count" is based on testing, which has been grossly insufficient in numerous countries. "Confirmed cases" understates ground truth, probably generally by a factor of 10-20, possibly more.

The graph presumes experiences are comparable.

That may or may not be fully valid.
Glad I read your comment before responding, 'cuz I was gonna say... "keeping in mind that we had no data at all based on testing, and therefore, as many have pointed out, no real graph curve exists, to compare with say 'the Italian curve'"
But it's a sure bet it's not going to disappear "by April 1st", "when it gets warmer", or by "miracle" (as per Dr. StableGenius)
